  2. BitMapMusic is a free music notation program, suitable for writing a few lines of music. It's good for those situations where you don't want to be bothered with anything much more complicated than "click and drag".  That said, I don't think that this is the tool for your next symphony.... :-)
  3. Printed output, while limited to the screen resolution, is reasonable enough to read
  4. comfortably.  BMM can also export to PICT format, making it a useful tool for Music-As-Graphics.

  7. Version 1.41 fixes a few minor bugs.
  8. Version 1.4  resolves a conflict with Mac OS 8.0 and 8.1.
